We reserve the right to decline work that requires specialist equipment we don't possess, involves devices with extensive liquid damage, or falls outside our technical expertise and component availability.


3. Customer Responsibilities

12. Liability and Service Limitations

We provide professional computer services through qualified technicians, but cannot guarantee against future unrelated faults or normal device wear. Our liability is limited to the service value provided.

While we exercise care with all devices, we recommend maintaining appropriate device insurance for protection beyond our service scope.


13. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Appointments may be cancelled without charge with 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur charges depending on technician scheduling impact.

Refunds for completed work are considered based on service quality and compliance with agreed specifications. Non-refundable parts costs are clearly identified during quotation.


14. Dispute Resolution
